AARON DAVIS
director of health
I am the founder at Carbon and our mission has always been to create a haven for individuals seeking improvement across all aspects of Fitness, Health, and Performance. My journey has taken me from a collegiate track and field coach, to business owner, and health consultant. I specialize in managing the integration of health and performance for a diverse range of clients, including high school and professional athletes, CEOs, and those seeking to enhance their quality of life and performance.

BRIANNA larson
director of operations
As the Director of Operations and Nutrition at Carbon Training Centre, Brianna brings a powerful combination of leadership, strategy, and hands-on coaching to every aspect of the client experience. With years of experience working with high performers—ranging from busy professionals to athletes—she helps people move better, feel stronger, and fuel their bodies without extremes or guesswork. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in flexibility, education, and long-term sustainability. Whether she's guiding someone through a reverse diet, dialing in nutrition for performance, or supporting a client in rebuilding healthy habits after burnout, Brianna meets each individual where they are and helps them build from there. Behind the scenes, she keeps the Carbon engine running—leading team operations, refining systems, and ensuring the highest level of client care across the board. She's a firm believer in quality over quantity, and she brings that standard to everything she touches.

MADELEINE HAUCK
DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION
Mada has a background and understanding of a wide range of sports and education. Her experience as an Athletic Trainer and former athlete have prepared her for a role that balances restoring function and strengthening the individual as a whole. This combination not only addresses injuries and pain, but creates a stronger individual in order to mitigate future injury and enjoy activities of everyday life to their fullest.

Madeline comes from a background in dance where movement is exploratory and awareness is a necessity. She believes that the body is a vector to experience the world; The more nuanced control in range of motion and strength there is, the more freedom in daily life there can be. In sessions, she finds that training should be an enjoyable part of a healthy lifestyle and looks for opportunities to bring playfulness into the gym experience.

Driven by his passion for helping others, his personal life experiences and an unwavering love for training, Michael has forged a path as a dedicated strength and conditioning coach. Michael's journey has been shaped by a diverse range of experiences, including valuable insights gained from working in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. Michael believes that education, when combined with practical experience, forms the bedrock of effective coaching. This combination has provided Michael with a well-rounded background, enabling him to assist a wide array of clients in their fitness endeavors.

BRANDON SHERWOOD
health & performance coach
Brandon was born and raised in Southern California, where he was deeply immersed in martial arts and physical culture. He spent most of his childhood and teen years on a mat or in a gym. He attended Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in Economics with Latin Honors; he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and competed at a national level in action shooting, during his time there. Brandon has worked with highly diverse clients, ranging from middle schoolers to Masters athletes; he has significant experience providing human performance coaching to military, first responders, executives, extreme athletes, and others in high-demand professions. Brandon is passionate about physical training, as a means of developing personal agency, self-knowledge, and freedom; he values compassion, discipline, and honesty. He has a purple belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu and actively trains in Muay Thai, Kali, Silat, and Wing Chun. He enjoys reading and writing about philosophy, theology, and myth. He holds a number of coaching credentials, including Starting Strength Coach and USA Weightlifting Level 2 Coach.
